  • Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location or during peak seasons.
  • Orders are shipped Monday to Friday from our Melbourne warehouse.
  • Orders confirmed before 2-3PM AEST are dispatched the same day.
  • Please allow additional processing time during promotional periods.
  • If your order includes pre-order items, in-stock products will ship first, and pre-orders will be sent separately once available.
  • Yes, international shipping is available to all countries listed at checkout.
  • Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • “Pre-order” refers to items currently en route to our warehouse and not yet available for dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your jewellery as much as we do. If anything isn’t perfect, we offer a simple and stress-free return process.Australian orders qualify for free returns. Below you’ll find everything you need to begin your return. For more details, please check our FAQ.

We offer a simple and worry-free return process.
1. Initiate
Simply email your Order Number and a photo of the item to support@auluna.com to start your request.
2. Receive Your Label
To ensure the best experience, we cover return shipping costs for Australian orders. We will email you a pre-paid return shipping label.
3. Ship
Print the label, attach it to your package, and send it back to our Melbourne Service Centre.
(No printer? No problem. Simply show the barcode on the label at any Australia Post outlet, and they will print it for you for free.)

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 90 days of receiving your order.
  • Refund Timeline: Once our studio receives the returned item, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days.
  • Australia: Free Returns. We cover the cost and provide a pre-paid shipping label.
  • International: Customers are responsible for shipping costs (unless the item is faulty).

  • Not covered: discoloration or loss of shine from chemical exposure, oxidation due to personal skin pH, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
  • We offer a free replacement or a full refund. We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience.
  • Simply email your Order Number and a photo of the issue to support@auluna.com. Our team will prioritize your request and resolve it for you immediately.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

  • Note: If the tracking information hasn't updated after a few days, please email support@auluna.com. We will look into it and resolve it for you immediately.
  • If your order hasn't shipped yet: We will do our best to make the change for you! Please contact us immediately via our online chat or email support@auluna.com.
  • If your order has already shipped: We are unable to make changes on our end. However, you may be able to update the address directly via the courier's website using the "Redirect" option on your tracking link.

We process orders quickly to get your items to you as soon as possible.

  • If you need to cancel: Please contact our Online Chat or email support@auluna.com immediately. We will try our best to catch it before it ships.
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped: We cannot cancel it. However, don't worry—you can simply return it for a full refund after it arrives using our 90-day return policy.
