Refund Policy

This return and refund policy is valid for Australia.

Returns and Exchanges:

Products purchased on auluna.com can be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care Team at support@auluna.com. They will guide you through the next steps to process your return and receive your refund.

Method of Return:

  • Method: Returns must be made by mail.
  • Return Label: The customer is responsible for providing the return label.
  • Restocking Fees: No restocking fees.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 days after receiving the returned jewelry.

We recommend using a carrier with tracking services and insurance to secure your package, as AULUNA is not responsible for any loss during transportation.

Conditions of Return:

  • Items must be returned in their original sale condition (unworn, unused, with all original packaging and labels).
  • Shipping costs from online purchases are non-refundable.
  • You may be asked to provide personal details for verification purposes during returns or exchanges.

Faulty Returns:

If you believe an item you purchased is faulty, please contact us immediately at support@auluna.com.

Your Right to a Refund:

You are entitled to a refund for items purchased from AULUNA if:

(a) The item is faulty, and the fault or defect was not disclosed before purchase or would not have been apparent during a reasonable inspection of the goods.

(b) The item is not of "merchantable quality," meaning it is not of the quality you reasonably expected based on how it was described and its price.

(c) The item is not fit for its intended purpose, meaning it does not function as reasonably expected. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned within a reasonable period after purchase, with proof of purchase such as the original AULUNA receipt or bank statement.

If you are eligible for a refund but prefer to exchange the item or receive an AULUNA gift card of equivalent value, we are happy to accommodate your request.
