Shipping Area: We ship within Australia only.

Order Cut-Off Time: 5 pm on business days (Australia Eastern Time).

Handling Time: 1-2 business days. Please note that during sale periods, dispatch may be delayed by 2-4 business days.

Transit Time: 2-10 business days, depending on the destination, from the date your order is shipped, not from the date of purchase.

Business Days: Exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Cost: Free on orders above $199 (Regular Parcel Post). For orders above $199, postage is calculated by AusPost.

Shipping Methods: AusPost Regular Parcel Post or Express Post, options available at checkout.
